In almost all industries, ATOS sensors have established themselves as optical 3D measuring systems. Their success is based on precise optoelectronics, robust sensor design and powerful software. ATOS Q takes this success story further: The sensor perfects the triad of design, technology and performance. The result: a versatile and compact system with real ATOS DNA.

  • ATOS design

    ATOS Q is specifically developed for industry use and delivers fully traceable measurement results—even under harsh conditions. The optical and electronic systems of the robust, optical 3D sensor are dustproof and splashproof, making all ATOS Q sensors ideally suited for the move from the measuring room to the shop floor. Users will appreciate the ATOS Q sensor because of its simple and convenient operation.

  • ATOS technology

    ATOS Q captures quality information quickly and with a high degree of detail, providing a reliable basis to easily interpret this information. Its Triple Scan Principle offers advantages for measuring reflective surfaces and objects with indentations.     Thanks to the Blue Light Equalizer and fast data processing, ATOS Q impresses with an outstanding performance. Ekvalizér modrého světla umožňuje vysokorychlostní projekci strukturovaného světla a je tak výkonný, že i na problematických površích lze dosáhnout krátkých časů měření. Průmyslové porty s optickými kabely a robustními zásuvnými připojeními zajišťují vysokou rychlost přenosu dat.

Versatile – ATOS Q rises to the challenge

Kompaktní senzor ATOS Q je velice všestranný. It solves complex measurement and inspection tasks in manual, semiautomated or fully automated operation on the ZEISS ScanCobot and in the ATOS ScanBox 4105.

Combined with a tripod or alternatively a desk stand and a rotation table or a Motoriaztion Kit, ATOS Q can be used in semiautomated operation.

Automated

ATOS Q reaches its maximum efficiency on the ZEISS ScanCobot and in the ATOS ScanBox 4105. The systems enable serial quality control with high throughput and high process reliability.

Skenování, kontrola a reporting: Software vás provede celým pracovním postupem. Prozkoumejte porovnání nominálních a naměřených hodnot a tolerance GD&T. Díky přehledným výsledkům můžete přímo provádět potřebné korekce. Software ZEISS INSPECT vám umožní kompletně vyhodnocovat, získávat komplexní reporty a integrovat výsledky měření do stávajících procesů.
