Nondestructive 3D Imaging

ZEISS recently acquired Xradia with its non-destructive 3D X-ray microscopes for high resolution, high contrast imaging. ZEISS Xradia 520 Versa offers submicron imaging and a specialized in situ kit for high pressure flow cells and other rigs. ZEISS Xradia 810 Ultra provides <50 nm spatial resolution an order of magnitude faster for carbonates and shale.

Understand rock physics, including porosity and permeability, non-destructively and in situ at high resolution and contrast.

Light Microscopy
